Our family owned-coffee journey from bean to cup started back in early 2019. It was an effort to serve a truly international experience right into your neighborhood. Ever since we’ve grown to be a group of passionate people who not just want you to enjoy the taste of specialty coffee but resume the quality of Venezuelan coffee overall, its production and manufacturing process.

We specialize in the production, roasting, sale, marketing, export and import of specialty green coffee from Venezuela, and various other coffee products including private label.

We offer coffee products of the highest quality that satisfy customer demands, while adapting to new cultures beyond our borders

A commitment to quality and sustainability

Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing the finest coffee beans from renowned coffee-growing regions in Venezuela with unique qualities. We work directly with our farmers who share our passion for exceptional coffee to ensure fair trade practices and sustainable farming methods are taken in place.

Once ripe, the red cherries are harvested. Because of the extreme nature of its growing environment, Arabica cherries have to be picked and sorted by hand.

Harvest & Growing

Coffee is processed in one of two ways. The Dry method – cherries are simply spread out on huge patios to dry in the sun. The Wet method – the pulp and skin are washed away with water

Processing

Dried beans are milled to remove a second skin (parchment). They are then graded by size, weight and quality.

Sorting

The green coffee beans turn into intoxicating smelling and tasting beans being heated to around 400F depending on the type of roasting: Light, Medium, or Dark roast.

Roasting

Green or Roasted coffee are exported worldwide to many countries, most commonly in 60kg sacks made from hemp (for Green) and/or premium strong packages (Roasted)

Caturra, Yellow and Red Catuai, Monte Claro, Wush Wush, Pink Bourbon, Geisha, among others.

Specialty Roasted Beans

Automated roasting process using machinery with Italian engineering and digital system that fuses traditional roasting techniques with the latest technology.
